Siapkan loyang bongkar pasang berdiameter 20cm. Buka pinggang loyang,&lt;br /&gt;   alasi dasarnya dengan plastic wrap, kemudian jepitkan kembali.&lt;br /&gt;2. Susun finger cookies  di dasar loyang dengan rapat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sirup : campur kopi, gula dan air, aduk hingga gula larut, dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;   Tambahkan rhum. Perciki sirup diatas finger cookies.&lt;br /&gt;4. Isi : siapkan pinggan tahan panas, isi dengan air, taburkan gelatine bubuk.&lt;br /&gt;   Lalu tim sambil diaduk hingga gelatine larut, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kocok cream cheese dengan gula pasir hingga gula larut, masukkan whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;   sedikit2 hingga adonan menjadi kental. Masukkan larutan gelatine yang sudah&lt;br /&gt;   agak dingin tetapi masih mencair, aduk dengan spatula hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan kedalam loyang berisi finger cookies, ratakan. Rebus susu cair UHT dan gula pasir sampai mendidih. Masukkan kopi instant nescafe.&lt;br /&gt;   Aduk sampai larut. Tambahkan potongan white cooking chocolate, aduk sampai larut.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan gelatin,aduk sampai larut. Masukkan krim kental, masak sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang di gelas kecil, bekukan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Saos Cokelat : Panaskan susu cair UHT.Masukkan potongan dark cooking chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;   Aduk sampai coklat larut. Tuang saos coklat diatas panacotta. Campur tepung terigu dengan ragi instan dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;   Lalu tuang air es sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga kalis.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan mentega putih dan garam. Uleni lagi sampai elastis.&lt;br /&gt;   Diamkan sejenak selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kempiskan adonan,timbang masing2 15 gram.Bulatkan. Diamkan 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Giling, bulat pipih dengan ring cutter.&lt;br /&gt;   Letakkan di loyang yang telah diberi margarine, tusuk-tusuk dengan garpu.&lt;br /&gt;   Beri olesan saos yang agak tebal, taburi smoked beef atau sosis potong.&lt;br /&gt;   Taburi dengan keju mozarella parut. &lt;br /&gt;5. Oven 15 menit dengan suhu 190 derajat celcius atau sampai keju meleleh.&lt;br /&gt;6. Siapkan loyang bongkar pasangdengan diameter 20cm. Buka pinggang loyang, alasi dengan plastik wrap, kemudian jepit kembali pinggang loyang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Buat alas, campur biskuit dengan butter unsalted hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan dalam loyang kemudian masukkan dalam lemari es hingga biskuit mengeras.&lt;br /&gt;3. Buat isi, masukkan syrup sunquick kedalam wadah kecil tahan panas, tambahkan gelatine bubuk, letakkan wadah diatas air mendidih, tim hinggga gelatine larut sambil terus diaduk-aduk, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok cream cheese dan gula hingga gula larut, masukkan campuran syrup sunquick+air, kocok rata. Dengan gunakan sendok,masukkan gelatine cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. lalu masukkan whipcream yang sudah dikocok tadi, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang yang sudah diberi alas biskuit, ratakan. Masukkan dalam lemari es hingga dingin dan mengeras.&lt;br /&gt;6. Gosongkan 100 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangkan air. Aduk sampai larut, dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan margarin dan susu ke dalam caramel sambil ditekan-tekan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang sisa gula pasir kedalam tepung terigu yang telah diayak bersama soda kue,&lt;br /&gt;   baking powder dan vanili. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuangi air caramel, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang adonan kedalam cetakan kue sakura yang telah dipoles margarin.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan dalam panci pengukus yang telah dipanaskan lebih dahulu.&lt;br /&gt;7. KOcok mentega hingga lembut.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan gula, kocok lagi.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan tepung terigu, vanila dan garam, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik segitiga/concongan.&lt;br /&gt;   Pilih spuit bintang yang sedang, no. 32 misalnya.&lt;br /&gt;   Semprotkan diatas loyang lidah kucing yang sudah dioles carlo.&lt;br /&gt;5. Rapikan ujung2nya dengan pisau.&lt;br /&gt;6. Taburkan kenari cincang pada permukaan kue.&lt;br /&gt;7. Panggang sampai matang, kurleb 15 menit dengan suhu 150 derajat celcius dengan&lt;br /&gt;   menggunakan api atas bawah.&lt;br /&gt;8. Panaskan oven 180 derajat celcius&lt;br /&gt;2. Siapkan loyang uk. 20x20x3 cm, olesi dengan minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur tepung terigu, oat dan baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;4. Siram kurma dengan air mendidih, diamkan selama 30 menit, tiriskan, &lt;br /&gt;   lalu cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;5. Kocok mentega dengan mikser kecepatan tinggi hingga lembut, masukkan kurma.&lt;br /&gt;   Kocok lagi hingga rata, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan tepung terigu dalam tiga tahapan, bergantian dengan jus konsentrat dan&lt;br /&gt;   susu non fat. Aduk dengan spatula hingga rata. Masukkan almond, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;7. Tuang kedalam loyang. Panggang, maksimal 45 menit.&lt;br /&gt;8. Keluarkan loyang dari oven, diamkan selama 5 menit.&lt;br /&gt;9. Keluarkan kue dari loyang, taruh diatas rak kue.
